Players may fund their 48niceph Accounts using the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Philippine Peso (₱). 48niceph does not accept deposits made with funds belonging to any third party.
Withdrawal requests are available exclusively to Players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals from fully verified Accounts in good standing are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or software failure that affects a game or betting outcome, 48niceph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the relevant stake amounts to the Player's Account. Wins obtained or bets placed during a confirmed malfunction period are void and will not be paid out. 48niceph will endeavour to resolve such situations promptly and transparently.
All sports betting markets at 48niceph are governed by the specific betting rules published for each sport and event type. Where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond applicable deadlines, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that event. 48niceph reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds where integrity concerns, data errors, or rule violations are identified.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, publicly display, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 48niceph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 48niceph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.
48niceph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 48niceph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law. 48niceph does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While 48niceph makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform.
You may request closure of your 48niceph Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out via your registered payment method subject to applicable KYC verification and withdrawal conditions. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be removed upon Account closure.
48niceph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, failed KYC verification, or where PAGCOR regulatory obligations require such action. In the event of closure for verified fraud or material breach, 48niceph may withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. 48niceph will notify the Player at their registered email address prior to any dormancy classification. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant Account balances, up to the value of the remaining balance. No fee will result in a negative balance. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and completing any applicable re-verification process.
48niceph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address and/or by a notice displayed on the Platform not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate change is required by PAGCOR regulatory direction or applicable law.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as set out in Section 12.1.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
48niceph operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Disputes relating to game fairness, payout obligations, or regulatory compliance may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with its published player dispute resolution procedures.
In the event of a dispute between you and 48niceph, you must first contact our customer support team to allow 48niceph the opportunity to resolve the matter informally. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within thirty (30) days of first contact, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR's regulatory channels. Formal legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
