The 48niceph Platform is strictly for use by individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing requirements. 48niceph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
Where 48niceph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all collected personal data will be deleted except for the minimum required to document the age violation for regulatory reporting purposes, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required.
48niceph recommends that account holders take reasonable measures to prevent minors in their household from accessing their 48niceph account, including the use of device-level parental controls and secure storage of account login credentials.
The 48niceph Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services — for example, links to payment provider platforms or game provider information pages. These third-party sites operate their own independent privacy policies, and 48niceph is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party site.
